Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for changes of mind or requests to exchange styles/sizes. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged Items or Issues:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
1. The item is damaged or incorrect.
2. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
3. The item must be unused and include all items included in the original kit.
4. The item must be in its original packaging.
5. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returned items without prior communication.
Handmade Product Policy Addendum
Special Terms for Handcrafted Items
The following variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship **do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
Texture variations** or non-standardized differences in hand-painted gradients.
Minor adjustments in embellishment placement (≤3mm variance) or quantity (±1 piece). Color discrepancies due to screen settings (*final color based on natural light assessment).
You remain eligible for after-sales support if:
Physical damage (e.g., cracked or warped nails).
Product style/size entirely mismatches the order.
Over 30% of embellishments detached.
